Draconis New Characterdesing

This is a revised version of the character of my awesome friend Draconis (still admin of the )
Just another 'classical' cartoony draggy in my style^^ I tried to improve lighting and the colors with this pic, it looks very smooth but its cel shading. I just lurf the white hair. XP
